Greeter at Bass Pro Shops / Cabela’s performs customer service-focused front-end tasks: greeting customers promptly and warmly, promoting programs (Club Membership, VOC, In-Store Pickup), handling merchandise with care, providing information and directions, distributing promotional materials, and maintaining a welcoming store environment. Responsibilities include checking in customer merchandise and visitor badges, logging vendor visits, informing customers about events and promotions, and assisting with firearms guest check-in per SOP while never handling firearms themselves. Requires prior customer service experience, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to adapt to new processes, and a professional appearance per brand standards.
