Job Summary
Greeter at Bass Pro Shops/Cabela's: greet customers in a prompt and outgoing manner; actively promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup; model professional image per dress code; check in customers’ merchandise and visitors with badges; inform customers of events, sales, or promotions; provide promotional materials; assist with entryway cleanliness and safety; coordinate firearm guest check-in with the appropriate Outfitter (Greeters do not handle firearms); support event and promotion activities; possess strong organization and customer service skills; able to stand/walk, lift up to 100 pounds with team lifts as needed; equal opportunity employer statement included.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Adaptability to new processes and procedures
