Job Summary
Welcome members to the facility when they exit the bus or arrive on the lot, direct customers to the exit booth, and provide local and return directions. Greet club members and fulfill their needs within the Emerald Aisle rental process, including providing appropriate vehicle selection and upgraded vehicles on request. Assist members with questions to minimize counter visits, ensure hangtag information is completed correctly, and maintain the cleanliness of the low mileage fleet mix and Emerald Aisle. Work proactively with shuttlers, auto detailers, and return agents to ensure proper vehicle supply, communicate customer service issues to management, and thank members for their business. Perform other customer service duties as assigned to meet customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
- Must have at least 1 year of client-facing retail customer service experience within the last 5 years
- Must have 12 months of consecutive work experience
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or accidents in the last 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (i.e. DUI, DWI)
