Job Summary
Greet patrons, direct them to locations, and monitor the premises for safety, cleanliness, and compliance with the City Security Plan. Oversee ticket sales, patrol for hazards, and enforce house rules while preventing crime and reporting suspicious activity. Accept packages, track patron flow, and document incidents through witness statements and internal reports. Perform opening and closing procedures, restock restrooms, and offer guest photography. Requires a Sheriff's Card, TAM Card, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card and TAM Card
- Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas, its businesses, and services
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and requests
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Professional hygiene and grooming standards
- Friendly, helpful, and effective at guest communication
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and overall Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role
