Job Summary
Greet and welcome patrons to Fergusons Downtown, directing guests to their desired locations and providing property overviews. Maintain a daily calendar of events and oversee front entrance ticket sales when applicable. Patrol the premises to ensure cleanliness and safety, removing refuse, graffiti, and hazardous materials while enforcing the City Security Plan and house rules. Perform opening and closing procedures, track patron entry and exit numbers, and accept packages or letters. Proactively prevent crime by reporting suspicious activity, serving as a reliable witness, and writing clear witness statements and internal incident reports. Log all activities into the company's database and offer to take guest photos in front of Big Rig Jig.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must be able to obtain a Sheriff's Card and TAM Card
- Strong familiarity with Downtown Las Vegas, its businesses, and services
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills to handle guest issues and requests
- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships
- Fluent in English (verbal and written)
- Professional hygiene and grooming standards
- Friendly, helpful, and effective at guest communication
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and overall Microsoft Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one (1) year of experience in a customer-facing role
