Job Summary
Greeter role supporting local Board of Elections during the election period. Responsibilities include answering voter questions about the general election, voting procedures, polling locations, and voting information; maintaining a friendly, positive, and helpful demeanor; assisting voters with inquiries about the voting system; supporting and completing tasks for LBE management or Chief Judges; monitoring polling areas to help maintain security and report issues. Flexible scheduling with part-time or full-time opportunities; early voting shifts up to 8 hours and Election Day shifts up to 15 hours; travel within Maryland may be required. Training June 9; work dates June 11–18 across early voting centers, election day precincts, and training locations. Requires strong communication, customer service, professionalism, dependability, and ability to work with election staff and the public.
