Greeter

Greeter needed to assist voters at elections in Easton, MD. Responsibilities include answering voter questions about the general election, voting procedures, polling locations, and general voting information; maintaining a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude when interacting with voters; assisting voters with inquiries related to the voting system and election process; supporting and completing tasks assigned by LBE management or Chief Judge(s); monitoring polling place areas to maintain a secure environment and reporting issues to Chief Judges and/or the Local Board of Elections; and collaborating with election staff and the public. Scheduling offers part-time or full-time opportunities based on SBE and LBE requirements, with Early Voting shifts up to 8 hours per day and Election Day shifts up to 15 hours. Travel within the State of Maryland may be required. Mandatory training on June 9th; work dates June 11th through June 18th; assignments may include multiple LBEs based on staffing needs and availability.
