Greeter

Greeter needed to support Centreville election operations in Maryland during the election period. Responsibilities include answering voter questions about the general election, voting procedures, polling locations, and general voting information; maintaining a friendly, positive, and helpful attitude while interacting with voters; assisting voters with inquiries related to the voting system and process; supporting and completing tasks assigned by LBE management or Chief Judge(s); monitoring polling place areas to help maintain a secure environment and reporting issues to Chief Judges and/or the Local Board of Elections. Schedule includes part-time or full-time opportunities with no overtime; Early Voting shifts up to 8 hours per day and Election Day shifts up to 15 hours; training on June 9 and assignment dates from June 11 through June 18; travel within the State of Maryland may be required; work locations may include early voting centers, election day precincts, and training locations.
