Greenway Kia East - Automotive Service Porter

Greet customers entering the service area, verify appointments and relevant information, and direct them to the appropriate personnel. Move customer vehicles in and around the lot, install protective coverings, and deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors. Retrieve vehicles for customers during pickup, assist with loaner vehicles, and perform general cleaning duties to maintain a safe service area. Follow all safety and security procedures while working in a non-climate controlled environment. This role supports Greenway Kia East's service department within the Greenway Automotive Group, which serves multiple states and China.
