Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and visual vehicle inspections while running diagnostic tests to verify system integrity. Drive vehicles for testing purposes and use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools to execute general maintenance on customer and dealer-owned vehicles. Execute thorough inspections to advise on recommended maintenance or needed repairs, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in all servicing tasks. Maintain a positive, friendly attitude with strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment, operating electronic diagnostic equipment as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications
- Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
- Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
- Must have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Quick Lube service experience preferred, but not required
