Job Summary
Perform general maintenance on vehicles, including oil changes and tire rotations, and execute thorough inspections to advise on recommended repairs. Run diagnostic tests to verify system integrity, drive vehicles for testing purposes, and maintain efficiency in servicing both customer and dealer-owned cars. Utilize power tools, machine tools, and hand tools to complete various tasks while adhering to all assigned duties.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a positive, friendly attitude with a proven record of achieving exceptional customer satisfaction
- Ability to learn new technology and all repair and service procedures and specifications
- Strong knowledge of automobile repair and maintenance
- Effective analytical and communication skills in a fast-paced environment
- Must exhibit personal and professional integrity
- Must have a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Quick Lube service experience preferred, but not required
