Job Summary
Outside B2B sales role in the disaster restoration industry focusing on building and owning a protected territory. Develop a repeatable pipeline through networking with insurance agents/adjusters, property managers, facility managers, and other commercial accounts. Conduct consultative sales conversations, present restoration services and emergency response capabilities, educate partners on mitigation solutions, and track pipeline in CRM. Emphasizes relationship development over transactional selling, long-term income growth, and a stable compensation structure with uncapped commissions. Requires prospecting, networking, and attendance at in-person networking events; strong communication and presentation skills; 2+ years of outside B2B sales experience; valid driver’s license; ability to travel within the territory.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B outside sales experience
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability
- Comfortable building a territory from zero
- Self-disciplined with strong follow-through
- Coachable, but not dependent
- Strategic thinker who can identify and prioritize high-value opportunities
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience selling services to commercial clients is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Ability to attend in-person meetings and networking events throughout the territory
