Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of property grounds, including bunkers, tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, and greens using designated equipment under strict safety guidelines. Blow clippings and debris, set up the golf course for daily play, spread pine straw and mulch, and spray weeds. Actively model safety rules, report hazards or injuries immediately, and promote a positive working environment with all team members. Work a flexible schedule of at least 10 hours per week including weekends, capable of walking five miles daily and lifting 70 lbs in extreme weather conditions. Requires a valid driver's license and working knowledge of golf course operations.
Required Qualifications

- ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- ability to walk a minimum of five miles daily
- ability to lift 70 lbs
- willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time
