Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of property grounds, including bunkers, mowing tees, collars, approaches, fairways, and greens, while blowing clippings and debris. Set up the golf course for daily play and spread pine straw and mulch. Spray weeds and use designated tools and equipment following strict safety rules and guidelines. Actively demonstrate safety protocols, report hazards or injuries immediately, and take personal responsibility for safety daily. Work a flexible schedule of at least 10 hours per week including weekends, capable of walking five miles daily and lifting 70 lbs in extreme weather. Promote a positive working environment and relationship with all team members.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- working knowledge of all golf course specific operations
- ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- ability to walk a minimum of five miles daily
- ability to lift 70 lbs
- willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time
- ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekends
