Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of property grounds, including bunkers, mowing tees, collars, approaches, fairways, and greens using designated tools and strict safety rules. Blow clippings and debris, set up the course for daily play, spread pine straw and mulch, and spray weeds. Actively model safety guidelines, report hazards and injuries immediately, and promote a positive team environment. Work a flexible schedule of at least 10 hours weekly including weekends, capable of walking five miles daily and lifting 70 lbs in extreme weather. Requires a valid driver's license and working knowledge of golf course operations.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- working knowledge of all golf course specific operations
- ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- ability to walk a minimum of five miles daily
- ability to lift 70 lbs
- willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time
- ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekends
