Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of property grounds including bunkers, tees, collars, approaches, fairways, rough, and greens using designated tools and equipment per safety guidelines. Blow clippings and debris, set up the course for daily play, spread pine straw and mulch, and spray weeds. Actively model safety rules and guidelines while wearing required personal protective equipment, reporting hazards and injuries to management immediately. Work a flexible schedule of at least 10 hours weekly including weekends, capable of walking five miles daily and lifting 70 lbs in extreme weather. Promote a positive working environment with all team members across departments.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- working knowledge of all golf course specific operations
- ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- ability to walk a minimum of five miles daily
- ability to lift 70 lbs
- willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time
- ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekends
