Job Summary
Maintain all aspects of property grounds, including bunkers, mowing tees, collars, approaches, fairways, and greens, while blowing clippings and debris. Set up the golf course for daily play and spread pine straw and mulch. Spray weeds and use designated tools following strict safety rules and guidelines. Actively model safety protocols, report hazards and injuries immediately, and promote a positive working environment. Work flexible hours from 5:45 AM to 3:00 PM, including weekends, with a minimum of 10 hours weekly. Requires a valid driver's license, knowledge of golf course operations, and the ability to work in extreme weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- valid driver's license
- working knowledge of all golf course specific operations
- ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
- ability to walk a minimum of five miles daily
- ability to lift 70 lbs
- willingness to stand or sit for long periods of time
- ability to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 10 hours per week, including weekends
