Job Summary
Produce and edit video content including short-form social clips, player features, and promotional campaigns. Capture photo and video during home games, practices, community events, and team functions. Assist with motion graphics for game presentations, organize digital media assets, and support live event production. Collaborate with Creative Services and Partnership Activation teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across digital platforms. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality creative standards.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in photography, video production, or digital media
- A portfolio demonstrating creative work in video editing, photography, or related content
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and/or After Effects
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital content trends
- Excellent attention to detail and creative storytelling abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to collaborate as part of a team
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Video Production, or a related field
- Housing and transportation in Greensboro or surrounding area
- Availability to work home games, select road games, and designated office hours
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent creative software
- Ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative standards

- Personal camera equipment and/or laptop preferred but not required
