Job Summary
Respond to resident maintenance requests and perform preventative maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, lighting fixes, and basic carpentry. Clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities while conducting routine property inspections. Move furniture and equipment as needed and participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies. Work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call shifts as scheduled. Live on-site with a rent discount. This role supports the Community and Maintenance Directors at The Greens at Oklahoma City, a professionally managed apartment community by Lindsey Management Co., Inc.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
- Previous property maintenance experience
- HVAC or CPO certification
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be available to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
- Must live on-site
