Job Summary
Part-Time Leasing Consultant at Greens at Longhills in Benton, AR responsible for turning apartment tours into leases, presenting units and amenities to prospective residents, building community relationships, preparing leases/renewals, processing applications, and serving as the main point of contact for the clubhouse. Requires strong customer service and sales skills, excellent communication, computer literacy, and ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays. Yardi experience and prior leasing experience preferred; background check, drug screening, and valid driver's license required. On-site living comes with a generous apartment rent discount.
Required Qualifications
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Persuasive marketing and sales techniques
- Yardi experience preferred
- Past leasing experience preferred
