Job Summary
Greenhouse Worker at Revolution Farms (Peckham Diversified) is responsible for monitoring plant health and performing growing maintenance, cultivating plants per established protocols, maintaining and repairing greenhouse equipment, sanitation and record-keeping, pest control, and collaboration with the Horticulture Manager and Technicians. Duties include daily plant health monitoring, sampling for lab analysis, stocking fertilizers, seedling handling, sanitation, GMP/GAP/SSOP compliance, log completion, teamwork, and contributing to a safe, efficient greenhouse environment. Requires English communication, ability to lift up to 40 pounds, ability to work in temperatures ranging from 36°F to 110°F, and willingness to participate in training and team activities.
Required Qualifications
- MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS At least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate verbally and in writing in English
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds on a frequent basis
- Access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work in an environment with extreme temperatures ranging from 37F to 110F
