Job Summary
Harvest and pack lettuce and microgreens into clam shells and boxes for customers. Check produce for quality, grade items during packing, and apply labels to finished clam shells and boxes. Work in a high-paced packhouse environment while maintaining safety standards and procedures. Bend, lift up to 15 pounds repetitively, and stand for extended periods. Push, pull, squat, bend, and reach above and below shoulders. Comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication. Work weekends and holidays as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Punctual attendance
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work a consistent schedule
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining safety standards and procedures
- Satisfactory background screening following conditional offer
- Eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Ability to comprehend and communicate in English via verbal and written communication
- Must be able to bend and lift up to 15 pounds repetitively
