Job Summary
Monitor daily seeding and watering schedules, direct transplanting activities, and lead AM walk-throughs including water meter and stock tank readings. Enforce food safety procedures (GAP & GMP), maintain accurate GFSI logs, and assist with fertilizer mixing and new employee training. Carry out assigned tasks, cover the GH Supervisor during absences, and respond to weekend work and emergency off-hour calls. Requires 8-hour shifts, weekend availability, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. This role supports Gotham Greens' mission to transform urban indoor agriculture through sustainable farming practices.

- Ability to stand for a full 8 hour shift
- A willingness and desire to assist in unrelated and/or unassigned tasks to ensure the effective operation of the GH and PH
- Must be a problem solver and be capable of identifying areas of efficiencies
- Working knowledge or willingness to learn of MS applications, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be available for weekend work
- Must be available for off hour calls during times of emergency
