Job Summary
Greenhouse Associate - Task is a general labor role outdoors under supervision, responsible for plant-care duties (spacing, cleaning, pinching, cutting), moving tables and equipment, assisting with hanging plants, and completing task lists with or without a team while adhering to safety policies and quality standards. Requires ability to operate required equipment, work in varied weather, and lift up to 50 pounds with occasional 35-pound lifting, with flexible hours and potential overtime. Fluency in English and ability to communicate across departments are needed.
