Job Summary
Maintain quality standards and meet productivity goals while working on the production line under direct supervision. Load pots, plant, tag, and attach hangers to pots, ensuring the work area remains safe and all safety procedures are followed. Perform other duties as assigned by management, including operating necessary machinery and driving the scooter. Work primarily outdoors in all elements, including dust and allergens, with occasional time on scaffolding. Requires consistent ability to stand, sit, squat, bend, reach, and twist regularly.
