Job Summary

Lead strategic Greenfield accounts in Central and Eastern Europe for Medtronic by emerging relationships with healthcare investors, hospital systems, and government bodies in early planning and construction phases. Develop tailored service offerings using Medtronic’s portfolio including Integrated Health Solutions (IHS) to position the company as the partner of choice across concept, design, construction, and operation. Build and maintain a robust regional pipeline of high-potential greenfield projects, engage senior and C-suite stakeholders, leverage market intelligence for prioritization, and create compelling value propositions and deal structures to secure long-term revenue growth. Collaborate cross-regionally with SAA teams to orchestrate seamless execution, negotiate contracts, and drive growth targets while maintaining alignment with strategic objectives and KPIs.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Healthcare Management, or related field
  • 10+ years in strategic account management, healthcare partnerships, or business development
  • Proven ability to engage with senior and C-suite stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Experience in pipeline management, project prioritization, and market intelligence
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation and account management
  • Understanding of financial performance analysis and business case development
