Job Summary
Greet donors in full uniform, engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations via the bin, and assist with unloading vehicles. Record donor information on an iPad, coordinate with truck drivers during pick-ups, and organize items in the stock room. Maintain site cleanliness inside and outside, fill out supply orders, and demonstrate core values of respect and safety. Perform essential functions including lifting up to 50lbs continuously and working in various seasonal conditions. Must be on-site during working hours at 810 W. Chester Pike, West Chester, PA, with a minimum age of 18.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work independently without continuous supervision

- Able and willing to lift up to 50lbs continuously throughout the day
- Ability to work in outside conditions within the different seasons

- Must possess a strong ability to positively communicate and interact with donors, co-workers, and management
- Must be able to be on-site during working hours
- Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be able to greet donors in a friendly manner, in full GreenDrop uniform
- Must be able to engage in pleasant conversation while acquiring donations from donors by utilizing the bin
- Must be able to assist donors with their donations and help to unload their vehicles
- Must be able to wear a tablet holder while recording donor information on the company iPad
- Must be able to assist truck driver during donation pick-ups
- Must be able to organize donations in the stock room
- Must be able to maintain the cleanliness of the site, both inside and outside
- Must be able to fill out supply orders to keep the site stocked with the necessary tools for job completion
- Must be able to lead by example and demonstrate our Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety
