Job Summary
Conduct custodial duties including cleaning methods, equipment care, and safe use of cleaning compounds and chemicals. Report and record maintenance requests while interpreting instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents. Maintain excellent human relations and communication skills throughout the role. Part-time work schedule includes 1-2 weekdays with weekend availability. Hourly rate is $16.00. CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications required within 30 days of hire, along with New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE, and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings within 90 days. One year prior experience in custodial work preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documents
- Ability to report and record maintenance requests
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment
- Basic understanding of the upkeep and care of equipment
- Understanding of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient use
- CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications (completed within 30 days of hire)
- New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE (Active Shooter), and Bloodborne Pathogens trainings (completed within 90 days of hire)
Desired Qualifications
- One year prior experience in custodial work preferred
