Job Summary
Conduct childcare coverage for children in the community, ensuring safety and engagement during shifts. Prioritize completing CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications within 30 days of hire, followed by New Employee Orientation, Sexual Harassment, ALICE, and Blood-borne Pathogens trainings within 90 days. Maintain excellent organizational and communication skills while relating to diverse groups. Minimum age of 16 with valid NYS working papers required; babysitting certification preferred. Earn $16/hour on part-time shifts under 28 hours weekly. Receive Employee YMCA Membership, Y Retirement, and Paid Sick Leave.
