Job Summary
Seasonal part-time Box Office Agent at Ticketmaster Canada (Quebec region). Provide front-line customer service and in-person ticket sales using the Ticketmaster POS, with regular use of Archtics and TM Host systems. Must be bilingual (English/French) and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; ideal for candidates with 1+ year of sales or customer service experience and a passion for live events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and/or customer service
- Basic foundation and understanding of event ticketing
- Bilingual in English and French (written and spoken)
- Ability to accommodate a flexible work schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong customer service orientation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Ability to handle cash and card transactions accurately
