Job Summary
Review and moderate user-generated content on social media platforms in Greek, ensuring strict adherence to community guidelines. Identify, investigate, and escalate harmful content including misinformation, hate speech, and fraudulent activity targeting Greek-speaking audiences. Analyze patterns of suspicious behavior and coordinated inauthentic activity to protect platform integrity. Make accurate decisions regarding content removal and account suspensions in line with established trust and safety frameworks. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine guidelines and document recurring trends for continuous improvement. Maintain professional judgment when handling sensitive content as part of daily moderation duties.
Required Qualifications
- Native or fluent Greek language proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Minimum English proficiency equivalent to a B2 level
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable using computers
- Willingness to relocate and live in Sofia, Bulgaria
