Job Summary
Operate a collection truck to gather product from customers while ensuring container cleanliness and securing locks. Conduct all safety checks and inspections of the vehicle, maintain a clean condition, and complete route tickets with customer signatures. Manage established routes, submit daily vehicle condition reports, and handle paperwork including mileage and service forms. Maintain excellent customer relations through professional appearance and attitude. Requires current CDL A license with tanker endorsements, clean MVR, and ability to work Sunday through Thursday night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years old with clean MVR
- Current CDL A license holder with tanker endorsements
- Must be registered on https://clearinghouse.fmcsa.dot.gov/
- Must be able to work nights and/or weekends as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Prior route experience within a customer oriented environment preferred
- Works well with others in a team environment
- Good math and communication skills
- Knowledge of safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle and general maintenance
