Job Summary
Field-based Maintenance Technician responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and servicing of commercial kitchen exhaust systems, grease containment systems, and related equipment at customer locations. Tasks include cleaning hoods, ducts, fans, and filters; cleaning grease traps and interceptors; removing heavy grease buildup; operating pressure washing systems; preparing and securing equipment; working at varied heights and confined spaces; and adhering to safety policies. Requires physical fitness, ability to climb ladders to rooftops (up to 24+ feet), and a valid driver’s license to operate company vehicles. Prior experience in industrial cleaning or maintenance is preferred but not required; training is provided. EOE.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to operate company vehicles
- Ability to pass background screening and drug testing
- Ability to follow instructions, safety procedures, and established processes
- Dependable attendance and reliability
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning, commercial services, or maintenance environments is preferred but not required; training is provided
