Job Summary

Build automations that reduce manual work across information security and compliance activities, including evidence collection, control validation, audit preparation, POA&M tracking, continuous monitoring, reporting, and task management. Develop third-party security review automations for FedRAMP, CJIS, HIPAA, PCI, and IP, leveraging AI tools, agents, low-code platforms, scripts, and APIs to streamline workflows and improve consistency. Evaluate emerging AI technologies, assess automations for security and regulatory alignment, and partner with Security, Engineering, Product, IT, and Legal teams to translate manual processes into automated solutions. Transform legacy FedRAMP reporting and vulnerability management into modern risk analysis and scoring. Develop dashboards and metrics to track compliance status, control health, and remediation progress.

Required Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of related experience in various development roles
  • BA/BS in Engineering or a related field
  • hands-on experience evaluating and applying AI tools, agents or automation technologies to solve business or operational challenges
  • hands-on experience identifying automation opportunities and building the solutions
  • communicate well with team members and customers
  • adaptable and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • ability to meet deadlines without compromising accuracy
  • Responsible for Granicus information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Granicus information assets in accordance with the company's information security program
  • Responsible for ensuring the data privacy of our employees and customers, their data, as well as taking all required privacy training in a timely manner, in accordance with company policies
