Job Summary
Provide personnel policy guidance, administer leave and onboarding programs, and process employee changes while maintaining HRIS records and conducting routine audits. Respond to HR inquiries, distribute internal communications regarding status updates, and manage SOX workflows as the primary point of contact. Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws by tracking personnel transactions and revising departmental processes for improved efficiency. This role requires flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, with potential out-of-state travel requiring a valid driver's license. The position supports Graywolf Corporate's HR Department, focusing on employee relations, training, and performance management within a climate-controlled office environment.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years human resources experience
- Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems
- Understanding of state and federal employment regulations
- Knowledge of hiring process
- Understanding of personnel and compliance records management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Current and valid driver's license
- Proof of acceptable insurance
- Clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- PHR or SPHR certification preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
