Job Summary
Greet customers, take orders, and educate them on the beverage menu while performing daily coffee stand operations. Maintain bar area cleanliness, execute quality control checks, and handle cash transactions using the POS system. Report maintenance needs, complete shift financial reporting, and communicate customer feedback to managers. Solve customer challenges through excellent service and stay knowledgeable about products to ensure consistency. Work alone or with others to maintain positive staff morale and support the high-energy team environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Food Handlers Card
- Ability to stand for 6 hours or more per shift
- Ability to bend, stoop or kneel as needed
- Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods of time
- Use of hand dexterity for writing, grabbing, pulling, twisting, shaking
- Ability to communicate with confidence, transparency, and integrity
- Listening: ability to listen and follow instructions, take critical feedback as necessary
- Technical: must possess basic computer skills to perform their job and have aptitude for leveraging technology in the workplace
- Willingness to work as part of a high-energy, efficient team in a fast-paced environment

Desired Qualifications
- Having coffee experience is not required but is preferred
