Job Summary
Manage teams of five or more activists by training new recruits, motivating groups toward goal-oriented performance, and leading by example. Analyze canvass and budget data to drive performance, oversee team logistics, and set measurable targets. Start as a canvasser to build support through petition signatures and letter-writing, then fast-track to management based on skill and experience. Commit to a four-to-five-day weekly schedule for four months, working 3pm to 10pm from June through August and 2pm to 9pm from September to May in Northampton, MA.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 day a week commitment for 4+ months
