Grapple Truck Operator (Utilities-Missouri) 100% Travel

Job Summary
Operate rear-mounted grapple trucks and log loaders to pick up powerline poles, load trucks or rail cars, and remove debris at outdoor utility sites. Use a chainsaw and maintain equipment by performing small mechanical repairs, greasing, and safety inspections. Complete daily paperwork and utilize smartphones, GPS, and electronic logging devices while adhering to all safety protocols. Work long hours, including overtime and weekends, in various weather conditions. Requires Class A or B CDL, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Monday through Friday daytime schedule with 100% travel.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience operating a knuckle boom, log loader, or grapple
- Class A or B CDL
- valid driver's license
- CDL CLASS A or B
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Hold valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring
- Able to learn the basic use of a smartphone
- Basic mechanical knowledge in order to make small repairs (change hydraulic hose, grease and lube, safety walk around inspection)
- Verification of your right to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion and passing a drug and alcohol test
- 100% Travel
- Monday - Friday schedule
