Job Summary
Operate rear-mounted grapple trucks and log loader booms to pick up powerline poles, load trucks or rail cars, and remove debris at sites. Use a chainsaw and navigate outdoor environments with uneven terrain while performing daily safety inspections and minor mechanical repairs. Complete daily paperwork and operate electronic logging devices, smartphones, and GPS units. Work long hours, overtime, and weekends in all weather conditions. Requires Class A or B CDL, valid driver's license, and ability to lift 25–50 pounds. Full-time Monday through Friday schedule with all lodging provided by the company.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience operating a knuckle boom, log loader, or grapple
- Class A or B CDL
- valid driver's license
- CDL CLASS A or B
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Hold valid driver's license, a CDL CLASS A or B is required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring
- Successful completion and passing a drug and alcohol test
- Verification of your right to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation
