Job Summary
Operate a rear-mounted grapple truck to pick up powerline poles, load trucks or rail cars, remove debris, and use a chainsaw in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Perform basic mechanical repairs such as changing hydraulic hoses and conducting safety inspections while filling out daily paperwork and using GPS or an electronic logging device. Work long hours, overtime, and weekends in all weather conditions with a Monday through Friday schedule. Valid Class A or B CDL and ability to lift 25 to 50 pounds are required.
Required Qualifications
- hands-on experience operating a knuckle boom, log loader, or grapple
- Class A or B CDL
- valid driver's license
- CDL CLASS A or B
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds
- Hold valid driver's license
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Able to pass pre-employment drug test and random drug tests after hiring
- Able to learn the basic use of a smartphone
- Basic mechanical knowledge in order to make small repairs (change hydraulic hose, grease and lube, safety walk around inspection)
- Verification of your right to work in the United States
- Satisfactory completion of a background investigation
- Successful completion and passing a drug and alcohol test
- 100% Travel
- Monday - Friday schedule

- Completely and accurately fill out daily paperwork
- Physical Requirements: Stand, Walk, Climb, Bend, Twist, Move Throughout the Day, Use Hands in Repetitive Motions, Repeat Same Movements, walk on uneven terrain, Lift 50 pounds, and Exposed to Loud Noises
- This is an Outdoor Position, and you will be exposed to all weather elements
