Job Summary
Oversee production and installation of graphics on vehicles, coordinating on-site and out-of-state projects to ensure schedule adherence and quality. Collaborate with Graphic Designers to create production files, validate and create Repair Orders for stock units, and prepare buses for shipping via inspections. Manage inventory records, material orders, and systems policies while maintaining a safe, clean work environment. Assist in training new hires and attend all team meetings. This full-time role requires flexibility in a fast-paced environment with no night, weekend, or holiday shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or other higher education
- Previous experience in the graphics field
- Highly organized
- able to prioritize multiple concurrent assignments
