Job Summary
Manage and oversee quality control of digital signage content, including ribbons, scoreboards, and visual installations, while operating and maintaining graphics systems to display content accurately during live sports contests, concerts, and community gatherings. Collaborate with the Technical Director, Video Engineer, and Show Director to coordinate timely graphic display, prepare media content for displays, and conduct pre-event system tests and rehearsals. Diligently monitor and troubleshoot graphics systems to address issues, ensure accurate fulfillment of sponsored content, and archive footage for requests. Remain informed on industry trends and software advancements. Flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays required; eligible to work in the United States.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of two years of experience as a graphics operator
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Flexible availability for events, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including working in high-noise environments and managing a fast-paced atmosphere
Desired Qualifications
- Experience as a graphics operator in a live event setting
- Experience with Ross Xpression and Dashboard software
