Job Summary
Design, build, and maintain Zania's marketing website in Framer, creating high-converting, animated landing pages. Craft LinkedIn campaign assets, technical diagrams, sales decks, and one-pagers that translate complex AI concepts into clean visuals. Cut and polish product demos, founder interviews, webinars, and short-form social clips to keep enterprise buyers engaged. Work directly with founders and the Growth team to evolve the visual identity, ensuring every touchpoint screams quality. Concept, design, build, and publish with high autonomy and rapid turnarounds, avoiding month-long agency feedback loops.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and video editing
- Deep proficiency in Framer
- Mastery of Figma or the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Desired Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in graphic design, web design, and video editing, preferably at a high-growth SaaS, tech, or creative agency
- A stunning portfolio that proves your range: we want to see Framer sites you've built, graphic assets you've designed, and videos you've edited
- One website you designed and built in Framer
- One piece of graphic design or brand work you are extremely proud of
- One video you edited (bonus points if it's software/B2B related)
