Job Summary
Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, web, newsletters, and print platforms while creating visual branding for organizational programs and events. Produce PowerPoint presentations and briefing materials for executive audiences, manage web content updates, and design specialty items such as challenge coins and large-format installations. Collaborate with leadership to translate complex concepts into compelling visual narratives. Depending on skills, produce videos from concept through post-production and conduct professional photography sessions. Maintain content management systems and code HTML email templates. Manage multiple concurrent projects with tight deadlines to deliver polished products that enhance organizational messaging.
Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI with poly clearance
- Minimum of 12 years of experience with BS/BA, 10 years with MS/MA, or 7 years with PhD; additional 4 years of relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
- Portfolio demonstrating diverse capabilities across digital and print media
- Experience designing executive briefings and strategic communication materials for complex technical content
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint skills (or equivalent) with ability to design clear, professional briefing materials for executive audiences
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Strong time management with ability to handle concurrent projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder collaboration

- Advanced video editing and post-production skills including audio enhancement

- Video production with VTC/remote recording technologies
