Job Summary
Manage customer accounts by assisting clients in articulating artistic and technical printing requests, then interpreting them to fit APS graphics and printing processes. Provide technical expertise to ensure requests meet customer expectations and printing capabilities while advising on cost savings opportunities. Research, document, and expedite customer requests through all stages, creating specification sheets to guide production and entering SAP data for accurate manufacturing orders. Collaborate with internal partners and workgroups to process requests promptly, ensuring high technical and aesthetic quality. Balance multiple accounts within a self-directed team to meet all customer needs.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or similar certification (Graphics related field)
- minimum of 2 years related experience
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Problem solving skills
- Conflict resolution skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
