Job Summary
Provide comprehensive design, product consultation, and production services for videos, graphics, and photographic output, primarily on-site at the main customer location with occasional travel to alternate sites. Manage graphic data by cataloging image files and sustaining digital archives, while responding to service requests and tracking work order status. Perform daily equipment troubleshooting, secure office assets, and execute extraordinary operations planning for Continuity of Events. Generate recurring and special reports, attend planning meetings, and maintain detailed meeting minutes. Work standard business hours with occasional weekend or night support, recording labor hours daily and completing required training.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS degree
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- High school diploma or GED and 9+ years of relevant work experience
- U.S. citizen
- TS/SCI clearance
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud software
- Proficiency in InDesign
- Proficiency in Photoshop
- Proficiency in Illustrator
- Proficiency in Bridge
- Proficiency in Lightroom
- Proficiency in InCopy
- Proficiency in Acrobat Pro XI
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, Publisher, and Outlook
- Proficiency in the operation of graphic production equipment, including large format laminators, large format printers, computerized engravers, and computerized mat cutters
- Familiarity with AR 25-1 and DoD Pam 25-91
- Ability to communicate with others effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to attend all customer in-person meetings and conferences as requested
- Ability to multitask in a high-stress, performance-based environment
- Ability to establish priorities and meet established deadlines
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Ability to travel CONUS and OCONUS up to 10% as required
Desired Qualifications
- Additional certifications in Graphics Design (Adobe, etc.)
