Job Summary
Install all types of large-format graphics, signage, and visual displays on-site across the Northeast region and other states; perform on-site installation of vehicle wraps, buses, fleet graphics, retail signage, and architectural films; conduct site surveys to determine proper prep and installation methods; remove existing vinyl and prep surfaces; inspect projects before/after installation to ensure quality; communicate with installation team and project managers about on-site issues; provide on-site client communication and customer service support; submit completion updates and installation approvals via email/reporting systems; support installation consulting and technical recommendations during site visits; requires travel to client locations and flexible hours including evenings/weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2–3 years of graphics installation experience (graphics installation, sign installation, vinyl application, or related field)
- Strong understanding of sign production, fabrication, and installation methods
- Ability to safely operate basic installation tools and equipment
- Experience with large-format graphics, vehicle wraps, and commercial signage installation preferred
- Excellent customer service and on-site communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to installation quality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel for regional and out-of-state installation projects
