Graphic Developer

Job Summary
Graphic Developer translates creative concepts into production-ready graphics for product and packaging. Partners with Creative, Product, Packaging, Quality, and Suppliers to ensure designs are manufacturable, accurately executed, and delivered on time. Develops graphics using Adobe Illustrator for sample creation and mass production, adjusts artwork across multiple sizes, and monitors development timelines. Gathers manufacturability and costing feedback from vendor partners, maintains project data in PLM systems (Agile, Jira, Confluence), and communicates status and risks to Product and Packaging teams. Collaborates with Quality, Compliance, and Vendor Partners to ensure designs meet Specialized standards and quantities, and coordinates travel to vendor partners, Specialized offices, and tradeshows as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years design experience with a detailed portfolio of finished projects
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Fluent in English and Mandarin/Taiwanese
- Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
