Job Summary
Graphic Designer to join Marketing team in Tempe, AZ, onsite. Create visually appealing graphics for marketing materials (social media, email campaigns, website content, advertisements, presentations) and collaborate with the team to align with brand objectives. Support SEO efforts and manage Google Ads campaigns, with experience in SEO, PPC, and content marketing. Requires strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 7-10 years of design experience; role involves cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and staying current with industry trends. Reports to Marketing Manager; full-time, in-office schedule (Tempe) with travel between Tempe and Chandler locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 7-10 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio across print and digital
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts including SEO, PPC, and content marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
- Willingness to learn and grow in graphic design and marketing disciplines
- English (Required)
