Job Summary
Design social media posts, video thumbnails, decks, brochures, and internal collaterals while collaborating with marketing, strategy, and studio teams. Create visuals that bring healthcare narratives to life, managing static, carousel, and campaign creatives with occasional design sprints. Ensure brand identity consistency, organize files, and deliver on timelines. Record videos for brands and clients, working with the team on high-level projects. Train team members and staff on design workflows. Handle 2–3 design tasks daily with quality, demonstrating strong creative instincts and responsiveness to feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with Illustrator
- Hands-on experience with Photoshop
- Good taste in typography, layouts, colour, and storytelling
- Ability to handle camera
- Ability to manage recordings by own and team
- Strong creative instincts
- Ability to handle 2–3 design tasks per day with quality
- Open-minded, responsive to feedback, and hungry to learn
- Ability to handle & train people to work with you
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Figma
- Worked in healthcare, education, or personal branding industries
